The IT and HR project leads were also responsible for implementation and ongoing support activities alongside Finance, Patient Accounting and other hospital related systems, coordinating operational handoffs and issue resolution with hospital stakeholders. Governance work included collaborating with system leaders to define and document processes and procedures, establishing support workflows to handle reported problems from business offices and hospital areas, and rolling out training programs for new staff at the hospitals. UKG Pro HCM served as the enterprise Core HR platform while HRIS owners managed case intake, training delivery and procedural documentation to sustain operations across Vibra Healthcare hospital sites.
