In 2019, Vibrant implemented Instabot on its website as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution. Vibrant deployed Instabot on https://www.vibrantinc.com/ to create a customer-facing conversational layer that handles inbound site interactions and initial visitor engagement. The installation uses the Instabot application embedded in the web front end as the primary delivery mechanism for site chat interactions.
Configuration centered on conversational workflows, automated greeting messages, qualification prompts, and lead capture forms, consistent with Chatbots and Conversational AI functional patterns. The implementation was delivered as a client-side web widget and session orchestration layer, with configuration of intent prompts and form capture to support routing and follow up. Operational coverage focused on external website traffic, with the chatbot servicing marketing and sales inquiry qualification as well as initial client intake workflows.
Governance and ongoing updates were managed internally by Vibrant staff given the company size and single site deployment in the United States. The narrative centers on the Instabot application providing an embedded conversational interface on Vibrant’s public website, aligning the Chatbots and Conversational AI capability with marketing, sales, and client engagement functions.

In 2013, Vibrant implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) to provide cloud-native collaboration services for its professional services firm. The deployment uses a SaaS architecture with centralized account management via the Google Workspace admin console to provision and secure accounts for a 12-person workforce, and to host corporate email on the company domain. This configuration positions Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as Vibrant's core Collaboration platform for internal communication and document workflows.
Functional modules in use align with standard Collaboration capabilities, including Gmail for email, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Drive for shared file storage, and Drive-based Docs, Sheets, and Slides for real-time coauthoring and version control. Operational scope is firmwide across internal teams and project work, with centralized administration, user provisioning, domain management, and sharing controls applied to enforce basic governance and data access policies. Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) is surfaced on Vibrant's website and underpins day to day knowledge work and client deliverable preparation.
