Within six months of going live the deployment supported 62 log categories, approximately 10,000 entries and 28 active users, demonstrating rapid adoption of electronic log capture and centralized record keeping. Configuration emphasized log management and searchable archival capabilities common to Document Management systems, including timestamped entries, audit trail visibility, configurable access controls and structured log templates to support regulatory reporting workflows. The implementation consolidated routine operational entries and maintenance records into a single system of record to improve data discoverability and continuity of operational knowledge. Governance and process changes centered on transitioning paper based procedures to electronic logging, formalizing data entry responsibilities for operations and maintenance staff, and establishing EHS review workflows within eLogger. Reported outcomes included faster regulatory reporting, better knowledge retention and improved operational visibility as stated in the deployment summary.
