The deployment targeted the service department and call centre as primary business functions, centering the application on scheduling and mobile workforce orchestration to improve day to day assignment of customer-facing advisors and technicians.
The Skedulo Deskless Productivity Cloud implementation emphasized core Workforce Scheduling capabilities, including roster and shift management, dynamic job assignment, and mobile dispatch for field and workshop staff. Configuration work focused on schedule templates, rules-based resource matching, and real-time job status updates to support service advisors and call centre agents in coordinating customer appointments and service tasks.
Operational coverage was scoped to departmental workflows rather than enterprise-wide ERP consolidation, aligning scheduling processes with existing customer engagement and appointment handling procedures. Integrations were implemented as generic interfaces into internal appointment and customer record workflows to enable synchronized schedules and visibility for front-line teams, while avoiding changes to upstream financial or back-office systems.
