Impactia Intelligent Email was used to provision branded email templates, maintain segmented recipient lists, and instrument tracking for open, click, and conversion events consistent with email marketing best practices.
Integration work focused on the corporate website hosted on Hetzner, using web form capture and tracking to feed leads and behavioral signals into Impactia Intelligent Email for automated follow up. The solution architecture emphasized a direct ingestion path from website forms into the marketing database, and SMTP and domain configuration to align sending domains with the platform.
Governance practices established during rollout included list hygiene policy, template approval workflows, sending windows and frequency controls, and role-based access for marketing and account management users. Rollout was executed for marketing and sales-facing functions with training and documentation to operationalize campaign creation, segmentation rules, and reporting workflows.
