The deployment used Infor HR Service Delivery to provide a consolidated knowledgebase, case intake and triage, and case resolution workflows consistent with Case Management functional patterns, while surfacing reporting and analytics for HR Shared Services. Governance shifted toward centralized case handling and analytics-driven oversight for HR teams, and Infor Case Management produced a reported 97.2% case resolution rate along with new analytics capabilities for HR Shared Services as documented by Infor.
