In 2018 Vivo Life Sciences worked with Pactsoft to deploy PACT RevenU AP & AR across its India finance operations, implementing core accounts payable and accounts receivable capabilities. The deployment was part of a broader PACT RevenU implementation that included Finance, Procurement, Payroll and Sales and Distribution modules and targeted AP Automation,AR Automation functionality to streamline invoicing, payroll and inventory related financials across its India operations.
The implementation configured A/R and A/P modules to support invoice to cash and procure to pay workflows, while Finance led ledger posting and inventory related financial reconciliation inside the PACT RevenU environment. Payroll and Sales and Distribution modules were configured to feed payroll accounting and inventory valuation into receivables and payables processes, aligning transactional posting rules and chart of accounts mapping with company finance controls.
Operational coverage spanned finance, procurement, payroll and sales and distribution teams across Vivo Life Sciences India sites, centralizing invoice approval, receivables reconciliation and supplier payment workflows within the PACT RevenU application.
