| BasWare | Legacy | Basware AP Automation | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Vocus Group implemented Basware AP Automation as part of a significant renewal of Purchase-to-Pay and e-invoicing services with Basware. The deployment is based on the Basware Purchase-to-Pay unified cloud-based platform, providing a SaaS foundation for procurement and accounts payable automation and aligning with the companys corporate procurement strategy.
The implementation expanded functional coverage to include accounts payable automation, e-invoicing, procurement services, analytics, sourcing, and financial services modules. Basware AP Automation was configured to centralize invoice capture, automated invoice processing workflows, and analytics-driven reporting, enabling a consolidated procure-to-pay workflow and support for electronic invoicing channels.
Operational scope targeted consolidation across multiple business units as Vocus scaled post-merger, extending the Basware Purchase-to-Pay platform to additional regions and organizational units within the enterprise. The platform orientation toward cloud delivery allowed centralized administration of supplier onboarding, invoice workflow rules, and analytics access for finance and procurement teams.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout with expanded controls for visibility and process oversight, and the engagement explicitly included expanded analytics and sourcing capabilities to increase corporate visibility and control as usage broadened. Basware AP Automation serves as the enterprise AP Automation backbone for Vocus Group, instrumenting procure-to-pay controls and reporting across the implemented footprint.

| JobAdder | Legacy | JobAdder ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Vocus Group implemented JobAdder ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to consolidate recruitment activity following a series of mergers that left Vocus Communications without a formal ATS. The decision built on prior use of JobAdder at M2, where the tool had been installed as an interim solution, and expanded the platform across the combined hiring organization to replace fragmented hiring practices.
The implementation centered on JobAdder ATS core recruitment workflows and the Hiring Manager portal, with configuration of communications templates and career site integration to streamline job posting and application intake. Vocus configured custom application forms and used the Hiring Manager tool to eliminate manual job creation, automate administrative steps, and accelerate recruiter to hiring manager collaboration, while participating as a beta client to shape JobAdder reporting through PowerAdder.
Operational integrations include Xref and HR Onboard in production, with a planned integration to InterCheck for pre-employment checks, and career site orchestration tied to the applicant intake flow. The scope of use covers talent acquisition teams and hiring managers across Vocus Group as it scaled its telecommunications infrastructure footprint in Australia and New Zealand, consolidating hiring activity on a single Applicant Tracking System.
Governance and process changes focused on reducing dependency on multiple systems, standardizing hiring manager workflows, and enabling self-service reporting for internal stakeholders. Training and support were positioned as low-friction operational enablers, with Vocus noting improved automation, reduced administrative workload, and faster system response as explicit operational outcomes from the JobAdder ATS deployment.

| Pronto Software | Legacy | Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management | Asset Performance Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019 Vocus Group implemented Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management as an Asset Performance Management solution to centralize fixed asset control and facility workflows across its Australia and New Zealand footprint. Vocus Group is an ASX 200 telecommunications company with approximately 1300 employees delivering retail, wholesale and corporate services, and the Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management deployment was aligned to finance and operations priorities.
The implementation focused on establishing an enterprise asset register, asset lifecycle tracking, maintenance scheduling and depreciation support typical of Asset Performance Management applications. The rollout addressed a range of ERP related issues identified after the company migrated to PRONTO 7.40, including resolution of GL, AP, AR, project, fixed asset and banking module discrepancies, and the configuration included manual journals posting to capture owner and approver information for audit trails.
Integration work was specified to connect the Pronto ERP environment with cloud finance tooling, with functional specifications written to integrate Adaptive Insights and BlackLine with Pronto ERP. Operational coverage for the solution and related processes included Finance teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, where training and mentoring were delivered to stabilize month end close activities, and BlackLine administration and automation enabled a monthly balance upload that saved four work hours.
Governance was formalized with the appointment of a Data Custodian for the ERP system and a Data Steward for Finance as part of the Data Governance Team, and the finance transformation team retained an application and technical lead role during the program. Post implementation actions included applying recommendations from a Deloitte audit and introducing a bank reconciliation process plus foreign currency revaluation for AP and bank modules during month end to improve control and accounting consistency.
