The solution was positioned to consolidate loyalty issuance and gift card processing into the NorthStar order entry experience. Technically the deployment ties the NorthStar order entry and Customer Loyalty components into the restaurants' point of sale and payments workflows, enabling gift card issuance and loyalty tracking at point of sale terminals. Operational coverage is limited to the three Orange County franchise sites, with emphasis on guest-facing transactions, staff onboarding, and daily store operations. Deployment architecture focused on site-level POS integration and centralized loyalty account handling within the NorthStar platform. Governance and rollout were managed at the franchise level with phased activation across the three sites, accompanied by updated onboarding processes for store staff. The May 2025 announcement highlights program goals to improve guest experience and reduce training time.
