The implementation configured vendor modules for finance, regulatory management, reporting, budgeting and customer service, aligning the Springbrook MAGIQ Cloud ERP modules to municipal financial management, regulatory workflows, budget cycle orchestration and citizen service case handling. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts setup, accounts payable and receivable workflows, regulatory permit and compliance tracking, consolidated reporting templates and budget modelling capabilities consistent with ERP Financial platforms.
Architecturally the deployment used a cloud hosted, vendor managed environment that centralized council transactional and reporting data within Springbrook MAGIQ Cloud ERP, reducing on premise operational support requirements.
