The integration supported automated handoffs between screening clearance and HRM provisioning, and made background check status part of daily HR operations.
Governance included establishing screening workflows, access controls and training for HR operators, while HR maintained ownership of CheckR configuration alongside Paychexflex HRM administration. The implementation positioned CheckR as the primary BackGround Screening application supporting Waitron Inc Human Resources hiring, onboarding, compliance and contingent workforce management.
