The project also configured the Advanced Pricing module with pricing modifiers, pricing formulas, promotional goods handling and free of charge item processes to support complex commercial scenarios. Custom reports were developed to meet specific operational and reporting requirements. Governance activities comprised business requirement gathering, modeling future process modules and structured user training, followed by ongoing day to day user issue resolution and support. The implementation emphasized process modeling and training to embed Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Discrete Manufacturing workflows into regular operations using Oracle E-Business Suite.
