SelectLine Software Legacy SelectLine DMS Document Management Content Management Systemhaus Kolb 2021 2021
In 2021, Wanzek Dental Germany implemented SelectLine DMS to streamline order-to-repair and debtor processes and to move the business toward a paperless operation in Germany. The deployment positioned SelectLine DMS as the central Document Management capability for document capture, archiving and retrieval across administrative and operational workflows. Configuration work emphasized an archive repository and indexed document stores, with inferred use of document capture, automated indexing and search capabilities to support repair orders and debtor documentation. Workflows were configured to route repair documentation and accounts receivable files through document-centric processing, aligning document lifecycle controls and retention with operational needs. The project was executed with Systemhaus Kolb, who configured and implemented the SelectLine DMS solution and integrated document processing workflows into Wanzek Dental Germany’s back office and finance functions. Operational coverage focused on shop floor order-to-repair coordination, administrative repair records, and debtor management within the Germany operation. Governance delivered centralized archive policies, role based access controls and documented handling procedures to support the move toward a paperless operational model. The implementation narrative centers on SelectLine DMS Document Management capabilities enabling consistent digital document handling for order-to-repair and debtor processes.
