In 2017 Warren Court ran a 12-month pilot of CoachBot from Saberr, deploying the CoachBot application within a Chatbots and Conversational AI context to deliver in-work team coaching for HR and learning and development. The pilot was scoped to team-level coaching and measurement activities in the United Kingdom, with a specific emphasis on tracing links between team performance and patient outcomes.
CoachBot was configured to deliver bite-sized coaching interactions and structured prompts designed to support team reflection and manager-led development, aligning with typical conversational AI capabilities for microlearning and workflow nudges. The project instrumented engagement scores and performance review inputs as primary evaluation signals, enabling continuous assessment of user interaction and coaching uptake.
Operationally the effort was managed as a time-bound pilot under HR and learning and development governance, with rollout limited to defined teams to evaluate feasibility and measurement approaches. Evaluation used tracked engagement scores and existing performance review data to assess effectiveness, and outcomes were reported in the context of team performance and patient outcomes tracking rather than as system-level integrations.
