In 2015 Wasa Kredit implemented tt Performance Suite as a Digital Adoption solution to centralize user documentation and visualize business processes. The deployment targeted explicit operational challenges including long case management times, dependence on a small number of employees' skills, cross-unit collaboration difficulties, challenges moving work across units, and non-standard approaches.
tt Performance Suite was configured to support end-to-end process mapping and structured user documentation, delivering visualization across business process levels 1-6. Implemented functional capabilities included process documentation, guided performance support, content creation and distribution, and role-aligned access for process owners, process managers and employees.
Operational coverage was organization-wide, with tt Performance Suite used for all user documentation and for the visualization of business processes from levels 1 to 6. The platform brought together process owners, process managers and frontline staff to standardize procedures and enable users to complete tasks in a fast, simple and correct way, and it was adopted as the primary channel for training content distribution and post go-live performance support.
Governance and workflow changes focused on revising business processes, updating user documentation, producing new content, and establishing distribution workflows to support rollout and sustainment. The project formalized ownership and maintenance responsibilities for process maps and documentation, and instituted ongoing performance support to manage organizational change.
Wasa Kredit reports that the company improved significantly in both training and performance support following deployment of tt Performance Suite. tt Performance Suite remains the central tool for process competence, documentation and business process visualization across the organization.
