In 2018 Wasabi Sushi & Bento implemented Signagelive as its Digital Signage solution across seven London locations to standardize in-store menus and reduce maintenance time for QSR and retail operations in the United Kingdom. The deployment targeted front-of-house menu display and operational menu update workflows, with marketing and operations teams designated as primary content owners.
The Signagelive implementation delivered centrally managed digital menu boards with template-driven content, scheduling and publishing capabilities, and role-based content controls to accelerate menu updates. Signagelive digital menu boards were configured to support rapid price and item changes, timed daypart menus, and centralized content versioning to maintain consistency across sites.
Deployment architecture used IAdea media players paired with LG ultra-stretch displays for edge playback, with Signagelive providing centralized content control and publishing to the player fleet. Pioneer Group served as the SI VAR for the rollout, coordinating hardware provisioning and on-site player installation while enabling remote content orchestration.
Operational governance assigned content creation and update approvals to marketing and operations, standardizing template use and reducing in-store maintenance time. The project scope covered seven London restaurants, aligning menu publishing workflows and device management under Signagelive for ongoing menu standardization and faster updates by corporate teams.
