The Accelytics-led project delivered an end-to-end supply-chain planning solution in a roughly 16-week timeline, executed as a US-based rollout to unify planning across channels and acquired businesses and reduce reliance on disparate ERP and spreadsheet processes.
The implementation configured Anaplan Integrated Business Planning to support demand planning, supply planning and inventory optimization, leveraging model-driven planning, scenario simulation and consensus demand workflows to shift planners from manual data entry toward active demand management. Functional modules implemented included demand forecasting, supply balancing and inventory optimization logic aligned to multi-channel planning requirements.
Data was consolidated into Anaplan from existing ERP extracts and spreadsheet sources to establish single planning models, enabling cross-channel visibility and coordinated replenishment planning across acquired business units during the US rollout. Operational coverage centered on supply chain and planning teams, with planners and inventory managers as primary users.
Governance and process changes emphasized centralized planning workflows and model governance to standardize planning cadence and handoffs between demand and supply functions.
