In 2024 Webjet implemented TravelOperations Business as its enterprise platform in the Travel Agency ERP category to consolidate finance and operational processes across multiple business units and regions. TravelOperations Business is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and was selected to provide a unified finance backbone and mid and back office orchestration across the group.
The nine month implementation delivered configured modules for unified financials, automated reconciliation workflows and accelerated month end reporting, with configuration focused on general ledger consolidation, accounts payable and accounts receivable process automation.
