In 2013, Wellness Club LUXOR engaged INTALEV TECHNOLOGIES LLP and implemented ABM Intalev, an Enterprise Performance Management application provided by ABM Cloud, to strengthen corporate governance and formalize operational performance management across the club complex. The engagement followed an external audit by INTALEV TECHNOLOGIES LLP that identified governance and operational vulnerabilities and produced a set of recommendations for reorganization and controls.
The ABM Intalev deployment was configured to codify KPI-driven motivation systems and to operationalize consultants recommendations for business process reorganization and organizational structure. Configuration work centered on defining performance scorecards, establishing KPI definitions for several key departments, and creating templates and documentation for long-term planning artifacts such as a business plan and corporate strategy, aligning system capabilities with strategic management workflows.
Operational scope covered the club complex corporate governance and core departmental functions as identified by the consultants, with ABM Intalev used to embed governance workflows, performance reporting, and planning artifacts at the departmental level. Implementation emphasized capability alignment between performance management modules and the club’s organizational design rather than broad technical integration work.
Project governance was led by INTALEV TECHNOLOGIES LLP consultants, with the engagement team including General Director and project manager Dmitry Krivonosov and senior consultant for strategic management Ivanova Maria. The management of ALEM LTD LLP acknowledged the consultants for professional approach, quality work, and on-time delivery, and expects that the implementation of the consultants recommendations together with ABM Intalev will support the near-term development and growth of the club complex.
