Operational scope covered the club complex corporate governance and core departmental functions as identified by the consultants, with ABM Intalev used to embed governance workflows, performance reporting, and planning artifacts at the departmental level. Implementation emphasized capability alignment between performance management modules and the club’s organizational design rather than broad technical integration work.
Project governance was led by INTALEV TECHNOLOGIES LLP consultants, with the engagement team including General Director and project manager Dmitry Krivonosov and senior consultant for strategic management Ivanova Maria.
