In 2025, Wenko Germany began switching to Setlog Osca for Supply Chain Management. The implementation targeted replacement of manual supply chain processes to establish transparency across more than 200 suppliers, five carriers and roughly 4,000 shipments, with an initial operational scope concentrated in Germany and a focus on inbound logistics and shipment tracking.
Setlog Osca was configured to support inbound logistics and shipment tracking, delivering centralized visibility and event monitoring across vendor and carrier activities. Implementation work emphasized shipment tracking dashboards, supplier visibility and automated event detection workflows consistent with Supply Chain Management platforms, enabling earlier identification of production and delivery delays.
Operational rollout concentrated on coordinating procurement, logistics and receiving teams to improve orchestration of inbound flows, and shifted status reporting from manual updates to system driven alerts and standardized workflows managed in Setlog Osca. The deployment delivered faster detection of production and delivery delays and more agile supply chain coordination as reported in the project notes.
