Configuration work on Oracle E-Business Suite covered enabling SSL and JAR signing after the R12.1.3 upgrade, migrating custom top integrations, and supporting debugging of custom forms and reports. The project also managed interface dataloads and exercised performance testing and tuning, including tuning queries driven by ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator and execution of load runner testing to assess throughput and stability. Operational execution involved close coordination between functional teams and the development team to resolve integration and reporting issues, using cloned DEV and TEST landscapes and a pilot upgrade track for staged validation. The WAPA FIMS Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade to R12.1.3 was completed successfully in 2016 and subsequent validation work for R12.2.5 was initiated.

Oracle OBIEE reports were used to streamline reporting workflows, and one automated pending contract closeouts report reduced the number of pending closeouts by more than 400 contracts. Reporting automation also supported clearing a backlog of more than 40 Government Purchase Card requests while improving scheduled tracking of incoming requirements.
