Configuration work on Oracle E-Business Suite covered enabling SSL and JAR signing after the R12.1.3 upgrade, migrating custom top integrations, and supporting debugging of custom forms and reports. The project also managed interface dataloads and exercised performance testing and tuning, including tuning queries driven by ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator and execution of load runner testing to assess throughput and stability.
Operational execution involved close coordination between functional teams and the development team to resolve integration and reporting issues, using cloned DEV and TEST landscapes and a pilot upgrade track for staged validation.
