Operational coverage included local super-user support, end-user enhancement requests, and ongoing collaboration across multiple internal teams to manage roadmap projects and future workflow testing. Governance and operationalization focused on role-based system access, planning and managing change configurations and customization requests, and the creation and maintenance of a company training program and materials to drive adoption. The NetSuite implementation also included ownership of report, KPI and dashboard creation and ongoing support for process and workflow creation, testing, and rollout across the business.
