The implementation centralized claims content and reduced manual processing steps across claims operations. The Intelligent Document Processing deployment reduced the need to add seasonal staff during volume spikes and improved operational scalability and efficiency, outcomes documented in the Digitech case study. Governance changes included formalized workflow rules and a centralized document repository to support consistent processing across the organization. The solution aligned Digitech PaperVision Enterprise WorkFlow with Western Guaranty Fund Services claims processing function and operational scope within US guaranty associations.
