In 2023, Wetteri deployed Solteq Smart Dealer. Wetteri implemented Solteq Smart Dealer as a Dealership Management solution and rolled out Solteq WebService across its Finnish service network to unify maintenance and spare parts processes across multiple locations.
The implementation configured core modules for service management, spare parts handling and mobile technician functions. Solteq Smart Dealer centralized transactional and parts data and standardized workflows for repair order processing, parts reservation and technician dispatching to shorten onboarding for new staff.
Solteq WebService was instrumented across Wetteri sites in Finland to provide a consolidated view of parts availability and service status, and to enable mobile technician access to work orders and service instructions in the field. The deployment covers service management, spare parts handling and mobile technician operations across Wetteri's Finnish service network.
Rollout and training were completed in a few weeks according to Solteq, with configuration and process standardization directed at supporting rapid growth and faster staff onboarding. The implementation directly impacts service, parts and field technician business functions and is positioned to improve operational efficiency in Finland.
