Integrations and data flows emphasized daily bank statement posting into Opera 3 and multi-currency payment handling within the Pegasus Opera environment, while customer query workflows fed accounts receivable activity. The implementation supported centralized ledger balancing and cash book reconciliation across the company.
Governance changes focused on standardising daily, weekly and monthly close activities, defining payment authorisation controls and embedding commission calculation into the ERP ledger.
