In 2019 Willans LLP deployed Ochresoft Intelliworks as a Case Management platform to manage private client workflows for wills, trusts and probate. The deployment at Willans United Kingdom targeted the private client practice to standardise matter handling and improve procedural controls.
Implementation centered on case and matter management, workflow orchestration and form completion for probate related filings, including IHT400 processing, with configuration to enforce standardised steps and risk control checkpoints. Ochresoft Intelliworks was configured to support fee transparency through structured pricing fields and workflow driven fee approvals.
The system was rolled out across Willans' Cheltenham private client team, covering UK probate and trust work and embedding the application into daily case handling and document generation processes. Operational scope focused on private client business functions such as wills, trusts, probate, and pricing governance.
