Operational scope focused on private client business functions such as wills, trusts, probate, and pricing governance. As reported, IHT400 completion time dropped from over an hour to around 30 minutes, and pricing transparency for UK probate work improved following the 2019 rollout. Governance adjustments included standardised processes and enforced checkpoints to strengthen risk controls and fee disclosure within the Case Management environment.
