Willdom Technographics
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Willdom and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 192 Willdom employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Willdom has purchased the following applications: OpenAI GPT-3 for Generative AI Platforms in 2021, Hubspot Live Chat for Chatbots and Conversational AI in 2022, Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) for Collaboration in 2015 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Willdom is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with OpenAI , HubSpot , Google or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Willdom revenues, which have grown to $20.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Willdom intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2021, Willdom implemented OpenAI GPT-3 as a core component of a Generative AI Platforms initiative to support LLM and NLP classification use cases across client product work and internal data science efforts. The initial implementation focused on delivering model inference endpoints and scalable data pipelines that handle large structured and unstructured datasets, developed using Databricks, PySpark and Python and operationalized with Azure ML.
The deployment included functional modules for model training pipelines, LLM inference endpoints, traditional NLP classification, and rules-based text processing using regular expressions. OpenAI GPT-3 powered the LLM inference endpoints while other models such as BERT and transformer-based architectures were used for complementary NLP tasks, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes was used to manage model-serving workloads.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Azure ML for MLOps, Databricks for data engineering, Azure Storage, SQL Server and MongoDB for persistence, and Power BI for internal monitoring dashboards. CI/CD and code management were executed through Git and Azure DevOps, and ML components were integrated into the product application layer using C# to accelerate production delivery.
Governance and delivery followed a custom agile framework blending Scrum, Kanban and Azure DevOps workflows to manage sprint-level experimentation and production releases. Reported outcomes included project-level F1 scores between 70 and 90 percent depending on complexity, a deployed data and prediction drift module that enabled preventive retraining of three degrading models, and a C# integration that shortened ML integration time by approximately 10 percent.
