The implementation included coordination with the supplier managing the central POS stock account to investigate discrepancies between the GL account and physical stock.
Operational governance established monthly submission workflows, PO compliance monitoring within Global Marketing with escalation paths, and responsibility for authoring the monthly commentary submitted to Group Finance.
