In 2013, Windy Nation implemented Jazva to centralize multi-channel listings, inventory and order fulfillment. The eCommerce deployment served a California-based wind and solar components manufacturer with operational coverage in the United States.
The implementation centered on configuring Jazva modules for listings management, inventory visibility and order processing workflows, including automated inventory synchronization and fulfillment orchestration across sales channels. For a 10-employee manufacturer the platform architecture emphasized a single control plane to reduce manual channel updates and unify SKU-level stock and order data.
Rollout began in late 2013 with staged go-lives, launching the company website first followed by marketplaces next, enabling progressive channel onboarding and validation of order flows. Operational scope focused on US order fulfillment and consolidation of marketplace and direct web sales listings.
Governance established centralized operational ownership for inventory and order operations, with process changes to route marketplace and web orders into unified fulfillment queues and standardize shipping workflows. The Jazva implementation resulted in a four-fold increase in order fulfillment speed.
