In 2013 Wisewould Mahony deployed Caseflow as its Case Management application to centralize case records and document handling across the firm. The implementation was positioned for a 110 person professional services organization based in Australia and was managed as an on premises supported stack with dedicated application development and operations resources.
Caseflow was configured and extended by inhouse developers, noted as Developer for CaseFlow systems, to support case lifecycle workflows, document linking, and role based access controls consistent with Case Management functional expectations. Configuration work included customizations for workflow automation and integration touch points rather than only out of the box setup, and the project retained an application development cadence for ongoing enhancements.
The Caseflow deployment integrated with several existing infrastructure components, including Backup Exec 2010 and 2012 for backup operations, Microsoft SQL Server with managed MSSQL Maintenance Plans for database upkeep, and Exchange 2007 for email capture and routing. Integrations also included Symantec Cloud Integration for security and content protection, WSS 3.0 and SharePoint 2010 for intranet and collaboration alignment, FileSite iManage DMS for enterprise document management, and use of Intapp Integration Builder to orchestrate cross system connectivity.
Operational ownership combined application development responsibilities with systems administration tasks, with teams managing Backup Exec jobs, MSSQL maintenance plans, Exchange integration, and SharePoint alignment to FileSite. Governance emphasized coordinated DMS and email capture workflows and sustained developer involvement for the Intapp Integration Builder integrations and Caseflow feature maintenance.
