In 2006, Wonokoyo Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities for the Indonesia based consumer packaged goods company operating feedmill, breeding, hatchery, and chicken cutting subsidiaries in Surabaya Jawa Timur.
The Oracle E-Business Suite implementation included Oracle Financials, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advance Pricing, and Oracle Process Manufacturing. Configuration emphasis balanced core ledger processes within Oracle Financials and procure to pay workflows in Oracle Purchasing, while Oracle Inventory supported inventory valuation, lot and batch control aligned to manufacturing consumption. Oracle Order Management and Oracle Advance Pricing were configured to standardize order to cash processes and pricing rules across product lines.
Functional scope extended into process manufacturing to support formula management and production batch tracking through Oracle Process Manufacturing, aligning manufacturing operations with finance and inventory transactions. The deployment provided transactional continuity between shop floor production, inventory movements, procurement and financial posting inside the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Operational coverage explicitly included the feedmill, breeding, hatchery and chicken cutting business functions where manufacturing and supply chain processes intersect with finance.
Solinda participated as an implementation partner and SIP consultant within a consortium, providing subject matter expertise for manufacturing and supply chain and contributing to module configuration and functional process design. Governance was organized through consortium led program management with Solinda embedded as the SME for manufacturing and supply chain, supporting rollout sequencing and business process alignment. The project narrative centers on the Oracle E-Business Suite implementation delivering integrated ERP Financial and process manufacturing capabilities across Wonokoyo Group operations.
