In 2022, Woodpecker deployed Woodpecker to deliver Marketing Automation,Sales Engagement capabilities directly through its corporate website. The Woodpecker application was embedded on the website to capture inbound interest and to trigger outbound engagement sequences for the company’s Singapore based sales and marketing teams. The scope covered lead capture, on site tracking, and initiation of automated email cadences for a 22 employee manufacturing firm.
Configuration emphasized category aligned modules such as email sequencing, campaign automation, personalization tokens, contact list management, deliverability management, and engagement tracking. Administrators built reusable template libraries and cadence rules to standardize outreach and to manage opt outs and bounce handling. The deployment used a cloud SaaS architecture with lightweight website integration via tracking snippets and form driven event triggers to orchestrate campaigns.
Operational ownership was split between marketing for campaign design and sales for sequence execution, with governance around template approvals and cadence control to ensure consistent messaging. Processes introduced centralized contact hygiene and consent handling workflows to align web captured leads with outreach sequences. Rollout and configuration were sized for a small organization and focused on pragmatic automation rather than complex enterprise orchestration.
