Governance moved toward centralized remote reporting and manager oversight using GoPOS reporting features, enabling standardized monitoring of order flow and staff performance. The deployment reduced order preparation time by approximately 22 percent, eliminated order-transmission errors, and saved managers about 26 hours per month, reflecting measurable operational improvements after GoPOS went live.
