Worldgo positioned Deem Go through its travel management company operations to standardize booking workflows and increase traveler adoption across corporate clients.
The implementation centered on Deem Go as the booking platform, leveraging mobile first user experience, Automatic Ticket Exchange capability, and embedded expense integration points to streamline booking to reconciliation flows. Functional modules implemented included corporate booking and itinerary management, ticket change automation via Automatic Ticket Exchange, and expense export or connector functionality to support finance reconciliation and reporting.
Operationally the deployment was scoped to Worldgo's Canadian client portfolio and managed through the agency's travel management operations, aligning agent booking workflows with traveler mobile booking and downstream finance processes. Integrations focused on itinerary delivery and expense integration with client finance systems, enabling ticket exchange automation to reduce manual ticketing handoffs and to feed travel and finance workflows.
