In 2012, Worldpay deployed Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system to centralize core finance processing across UK and Euro operations. Oracle E-Business Suite served as the primary application for transactional finance, providing the structural platform for accounts payable, expense management and cash management capabilities.
The implementation configured accounts payable, expense management and cash management modules with approval workflows, invoice processing rules and cash controls to support multi-currency UK and Euro processing. The deployment emphasized expense reporting and T&E controls, and the Oracle E-Business Suite instance was structured to support regular financial close, reconciliation and audit-oriented ledger controls.
Implementation responsibilities included ensuring the day to day operation of the Accounts Payable UK, Expenses T&E, Cash management UK and Euro team and UK Financial System Support team. Governance and operational support centered on the UK Financial System Support team, which managed system administration, configuration changes, user support and escalation paths for finance teams, aligning application operations with finance business functions.

Worldpay selected and deployed Kyriba Treasury in 2017 to replace a legacy treasury system. The implementation focused on Treasury Management capabilities—standardizing bank connectivity, improving cash visibility and centralizing payment handling—to address a complex banking footprint of roughly 50–60 large banks plus numerous smaller institutions. Kyriba was integrated with that multi‑bank network to automate bank account maintenance and reduce the manual, time‑consuming administration the previous setup required. The deployment implies enterprise‑level treasury consolidation across Worldpay’s global banking relationships and centralized treasury operations.
