In 2021 WS Pacific Publications deployed GrandNode as the customer facing storefront for its learningisfun.com.ph site. The GrandNode implementation serves the company's eCommerce needs and is the primary platform for online product display and order capture.
The implementation leverages GrandNode product catalog and category management capabilities, SKU level pricing, promotional rules, shopping cart and checkout workflow, customer account management, and CMS driven storefront content. Configuration includes localization for Philippine currency and tax settings and standard eCommerce workflows for product lifecycle and order processing. GrandNode is configured as the application surface for merchandising and online promotions.
Operational coverage centers on the eCommerce team and merchandising, with downstream impacts on customer service and fulfillment workflows through the GrandNode order management module. Inventory and order status are managed inside GrandNode catalog and order modules to support pick pack and fulfillment coordination. The storefront runs on the company website where GrandNode handles storefront rendering and transaction orchestration.
Governance includes role based administration for catalog editors and order managers, staged content publishing and approval workflows for promotions, and administrative controls for pricing and returns.
