Dedalus Legacy WebPAS (ex DXC WebPAS) Patient Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Wyvern Private Hospital Australia implemented WebPAS (ex DXC WebPAS) from Dedalus to support the opening of its Terrey Hills acute surgical and rehabilitation facility. The implementation was carried out in Australia with the site going live in late 2024, covering core patient administration workflows for the new facility. WebPAS (ex DXC WebPAS) served as the Patient Management platform delivering admissions management, patient scheduling and clinical documentation capture. The deployment included Dedalus ClinicalAide to support clinical documentation workflows and Digital Connect for Health to enable interoperability and data exchange, with configuration focused on patient flow orchestration and patient engagement tooling. Integrations explicitly implemented were ClinicalAide and Digital Connect for Health, used to connect clinical documentation processes with interoperability services and external health data exchange points. Operational coverage concentrated on admissions, perioperative scheduling and rehabilitation service lines at the Terrey Hills site, consolidating administrative and clinical entry points under a cloud-enabled Patient Management platform. Rollout followed a site-first schedule aligned to the facility opening and go-live in late 2024, with governance oriented to ensure clinical availability at launch. The program positioned the hospital to use cloud-enabled PAS and patient engagement tools to improve patient flow and clinical availability.
