In 2019 Xeim implemented Zapnito to build the Oystercatchers Club as a Community Management platform, adding active community layers to selected publishing brands and enabling new sponsorship products. Xeim implemented Zapnito as a Community Management solution to support audience engagement, sponsorship product development and content monetization across its portfolio.
Zapnito was configured to deliver core community management capabilities including member profiles, moderated discussion spaces, content publishing workflows, gated content and sponsorship placement within community channels. Configuration emphasized reusable templates and modular content components to accelerate the creation of new sponsored community products and reduce bespoke development effort.
Operational coverage for the deployment included editorial, commercial and marketing teams, with the platform embedded into existing content workflows and commercial sponsorship processes to streamline product launches.
