Operational coverage centered on Xenial’s customer care and inbound call center workflows where the Service Console, augmented by a custom Visualforce interface built by SICOM, enabled high volume creation of add-on and replacement orders directly from service interactions. Governance and process changes focused on replacing paper processes with systemized order and inventory operations, embedding Ascent ERP into sales and service workflows and centralizing transactional data on the Force.com platform. Reported outcomes from Xenial’s IT and customer care leaders noted the transition enabled scalability and a stable, secure solution, and that vendor support was responsive when required.
