Operational governance centralized invoice booking for the Nordics within AP while offering on demand support for NL, FR and other entities depending on backlog, with weekly payment batch procedures embedded into AP operations. The OnBase for AP implementation addressed historical issues such as double payments, non allocated payments and refunds, and disputed items by enforcing structured workflows and exception handling.
