The solution was integrated with Kofax for document capture and OCR, and with Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.s in house ERP system to push booked invoices and to export payment batches. The architecture therefore combined capture and document management in a front end feeding transactional posting and payment orchestration in the ERP, preserving audit trails and supporting reconciliation workflows.
Operational governance centralized invoice booking for the Nordics within AP while offering on demand support for NL, FR and other entities depending on backlog, with weekly payment batch procedures embedded into AP operations.
