In 2017 Yardmaster implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application for a 250 employee professional services firm. The deployment centered on bringing core accounting and operational finance workflows onto a single Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise instance to support branch level customer service and field operations.
Configuration emphasized core financial modules typical of ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing controls, inventory control and job costing or project-level tracking to support quotes for additional work. The implementation also accommodated operational record keeping used by branch management, specifically scheduling, purchase orders, inventory logs and vehicle logs, aligned with day to day bookkeeping and billing functions.
Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was used in conjunction with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Citrix as part of daily operational workflows, with staff creating documents and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting. Operational coverage included branch operations such as Mountain Home Air Force Base activities, with usage by customer service, purchasing and field operations teams to coordinate maintenance of residential dwellings and common areas.
Governance incorporated documented processes for scheduling, procurement release and inventory tracking, with approvals and continuous correspondence handled via email, text and phone to out of state supervisors. The implementation positioned Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as the system of record for accounting and operational tracking while supporting branch level workflows and routine document generation and spreadsheet based reporting.

In 2021 Yardmaster adopted the Siterecon Platform to accelerate property measurements and streamline proposal generation for its regional landscaping operations in the United States. The Siterecon Platform is used as a Field Service Management application to support sales and estimating workflows across Yardmaster’s operational footprint.
The deployment centered on SiteRecon Estimator and automated takeoffs, enabling measurement capture, quantity takeoff automation, and proposal assembly. Configuration focused on estimator workflows and document output templates to shorten the path from measurement to client-facing proposal.
Operational coverage emphasized Yardmaster’s regional landscaping crews and the sales and estimating function, with the Siterecon Platform integrated into daily estimating activities rather than enterprise systems. The relationship is explicit, Yardmaster Siterecon Platform Field Service Management supporting sales and estimating for regional operations in the United States.
Rollout began in January 2021 and the case study reports roughly 40% faster proposal generation time and improved win rates attributable to SiteRecon Estimator and automated takeoffs. Governance and process changes were oriented around centralized estimator templates and automated takeoff handoffs, reducing manual measurement steps and standardizing proposal outputs.
