In 2023, Ymca North New Zealand deployed Envibe POS across 14 gym, aquatic and leisure facilities in New Zealand, with a July 2023 rollout covering customer-facing sales and membership processes. The deployment centralized point of sale operations and standardized membership and booking workflows across its estate. Envibe POS is a Point Of Sale application that was configured to centralise memberships, online bookings, payments and stock management. Implemented functional capabilities included membership management, online booking and scheduling, payment processing and stock control, aligning front desk checkout flows with the new customer portal. The rollout delivered strong early portal adoption, with more than 5,000 members signing up to the new customer portal in the opening weeks and an increase in online bookings reported. Operational coverage encompassed front desk sales teams, membership administration and booking coordinators across all 14 sites in New Zealand. Governance and processes were restructured to centralise membership and booking workflows and to consolidate sales and booking operations into Envibe POS, enabling unified operational controls across locations. The implementation positioned Ymca North New Zealand Envibe POS Point Of Sale to manage end to end member lifecycles, bookings and retail transactions across its leisure facilities.
