In 2025, YMCA of Las Vegas implemented Daxko Accounting, an ERP Financial application, as part of a broader Daxko rollout that included Daxko Operations and Daxko Engage. The deployment centralized financial oversight across the association's multiple branches and affiliated school sites in the Las Vegas region. The program aimed to unify transactional finance and reporting workflows at the association level.
Daxko Accounting was configured with core ERP Financial capabilities aligned to non profit operations, including general ledger consolidation, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, and association-level financial reporting to support program and membership finances. Configuration emphasized a standardized chart of accounts and reporting templates to improve transparency across service lines. Automation of routine posting and reporting workflows reduced manual reconciliation burden for the central finance team.
Because the deployment was part of the broader Daxko suite rollout, Daxko Accounting was implemented to align data flows with Daxko Operations and Daxko Engage, supporting reconciled member revenue, program fees, and operational cost allocations across sites. Operational coverage included finance and accounting functions across branches and school sites, with financial outputs consumed by program managers and membership teams for operational decision making.
Governance changes centralized financial reporting and established association-level controls and a regular reporting cadence for executive and program leadership.
