In 2019, Yoh implemented Coupa Expense as its Expense Management application to centralize expense reporting and corporate card reconciliation. The deployment positioned Coupa Expense to support core accounts payable and accounting functions across Yoh in the United States, establishing a single application for processing and oversight of employee expense workflows.
Configuration focused on expense report intake, corporate card reconciliation, review and approval of cash disbursements, and handling purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Operational responsibilities tied to the system included disbursement of the AP mailbox, initiation of vendor payments, maintenance of journal entries and reports, and routine processing that handled a production volume of at least 500 invoices per week, with Coupa Expense serving as the primary repository for expense records.
The implementation explicitly integrated with JP Morgan Chase corporate credit card feeds for card transaction reconciliation, and Coupa Expense functioned as the point of contact platform for corporate card and expense report inquiries. Operational coverage included accounts payable, accounting and affiliate divisions, with the application used to process affiliate division expense reports and support banking reconciliation tasks.
Governance and workflow changes centered on establishing reviewer and approver responsibilities, with AP administrators reviewing processors output for accuracy and providing constructive feedback. The rollout embedded processes for timely accounting help desk responses, approved cash disbursement controls, and centralized file retention for checks and journal entries, with a named point of contact managing Coupa Expense and corporate card coordination.

| Sterling Talent Solutions | Legacy | Sterling Background Check | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Yoh implemented Sterling Background Check to centralize BackGround Screening workflows for HR and Talent Acquisition. The deployment targeted pre employment investigations and drug screening orchestration supporting Recruiting, Security, Hiring Managers, and pre hires across Yoh's U.S. operations with staffing coverage for multiple time zones and designated onsite days.
Sterling Background Check was configured to manage candidate intake, case management, adjudication workflows, document collection, and status notification workflows. The implementation emphasized workflow automation for initiating checks, tracking drug screens, and maintaining audit ready documentation consistent with BackGround Screening functional expectations.
Integration work explicitly connected Sterling Background Check with Yoh's applicant tracking and onboarding systems, including ServiceNow and WorkDay, and with telephony and SMS channels such as TextRecruit for candidate outreach and status communications. Data synchronization patterns were implemented to surface case status and documentation within ServiceNow cases and to update screening state in WorkDay so recruiters and the Pre employment Investigation Administrator could coordinate offer generation and onboarding steps.
Operational governance assigned the Pre employment Investigation Administrator and Human Resources Assistant roles responsibility for initiating and monitoring investigations, troubleshooting exceptions, and maintaining case records in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office. Processes were structured to enforce compliance with government regulation and company policy, to enable cross functional escalation between Recruiting and Security, and to support continuous improvement of screening and onboarding workflows.

In 2020, Yoh deployed Adobe Acrobat Sign (formerly EchoSign, eSign & Adobe Sign) as a Digital Signing solution embedded on its public website. Yoh implemented Adobe Acrobat Sign to centralize electronic signature capture for customer-facing contract and consent workflows, providing web-based signing and managed signature sessions directly within site workflows.
The implementation leveraged Adobe Acrobat Sign web-embedding and API capabilities to present the signing UI in browser flows, support reusable document templates, and preserve audit trails and signer authentication records. Architecture and configuration focused on server-side document generation feeding into the Adobe Acrobat Sign signing workflow, with signed artifacts routed to Yoh document stores and inboxes, and governance configured to enforce signature sequencing, audit logging, and retention controls. This places Yoh Adobe Acrobat Sign Digital Signing squarely in the customer contract execution function on the public website.
