In 2015 Yoox implemented Kyriba Treasury to provide a cloud based Treasury Management platform for its corporate finance organization. The deployment of Kyriba Treasury was positioned as a secure SaaS solution from an American publisher to centralize treasury functions for Yoox finance teams.
The implementation covered core Kyriba bricks including liquidity management, payments, banking relationships, financial transactions, risk management and trade capabilities. Configuration work emphasized cash visibility and liquidity planning, payment automation and standardized financial transaction recording, with role based access and workflow orchestration to support treasury controls.
Kyriba Treasury was integrated into Yoox operations to support bank relationship management and centralized payments processing, leveraging secure bank connectivity and bank account consolidation as part of the solution footprint. The deployment addressed enterprise treasury functional workflows, enabling consolidated cash positions and operational handling of trade related treasury flows.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with treasury process standardization, formalized payment approval workflows and strengthened audit trails to support compliance and financial control. The implementation focused on embedding Kyriba Treasury into day to day treasury and finance activities across Yoox rather than selective departmental pilots.
