Kingdee Legacy Kingdee Steller Reimbursement Expense Management ERP Financial Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Yoshinoya China deployed Kingdee Steller Reimbursement as part of a broader Kingdee Stellar small business cloud rollout to digitize store ordering, supply chain and finance processes across its China operations. Kingdee Steller Reimbursement is implemented as the Expense Management component within the Kingdee Stellar finance suite, providing mobile approval and core reimbursement workflows for store and finance users. The implementation emphasized expense capture, itemized reimbursement entry, mobile first approval routing, configurable policy enforcement and settlement into the Kingdee Stellar finance ledger. Configuration aligned expense routing with store manager and finance review hierarchies, and applied centralized policy templates to standardize approvals across retail sites. Integration scope tied expense validation to store ordering and supply chain data within the Kingdee Stellar environment, enabling cross verification between reimbursement requests and procurement or store transaction records. The deployment used Kingdee Stellar cloud delivery to consolidate expense records into the Stellar finance and accounting modules, keeping Expense Management data in a unified finance context. Governance workstreams established standardized expense workflows, role based routing and centralized reconciliation processes to support finance, store operations and procurement functions across China operations. Mobile approval features were a focal point of the rollout to streamline on site approvals and enforce consistent policy controls through the Kingdee Steller Reimbursement application.
