In 2023, Zacmi implemented ProjectSoft ERP as a Manufacturing ERP on the manufacturing side to build the Zacmi Customer Care platform. The deployment is located in Italy and explicitly supports after-sales functions, technical manuals, and customer service workflows.
ProjectSoft ERP was configured to unify ERP transactional records with engineering and quality data, aligning service management and document management capabilities with plant data streams. Functional configuration prioritized ERP-centered service management for after-sales, manual and documentation publishing linked to product definitions, and surfacing quality control information to customer service teams.
Data flows were integrated from CAD, PLM, ERP, and an SPC Manager into the ProjectSoft ERP-backed customer care layer, creating a consolidated source of product and quality information for service agents. Projectsoft acted as the implementation partner, and the resulting architecture emphasizes cross-system orchestration between engineering systems and the Manufacturing ERP to support customer service and after-sales operations.
