In 2025, Zain Roastery implemented Odoo Warehouse Management to consolidate inventory control and branch operations under a single platform. Zain Roastery implemented Odoo Warehouse Management with 35 Odoo users, working with Odoo Customer Success Manager Amir Mourad and implementation partner CDS in Egypt.
The deployment centralized core Warehouse Management capabilities including inventory tracking, order fulfillment workflows, shipment visibility, and automated reorder logic, with Odoo Warehouse Management dashboards used for short term forecasting and stock level analysis. The implementation tied warehouse processes into Odoo modules for sales, purchasing, accounting, human resources, manufacturing, and customer service so transactional flows from order placement to product delivery are executed and reported in a single application.
Integrations included a targeted effort to connect the call center with other platform components to unify customer and order records, and the WMS was rolled out across the companys retail and manufacturing touchpoints as branches expanded from four to ten. Operational scope covered sales, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, and customer service functions across Zain Roasterys branches in Egypt, with the WMS serving as the central inventory and fulfillment engine.
Governance and change activities were supported by CDS and ongoing engagement with Odoos customer success team, enabling a phased rollout and knowledge transfer to internal users. Outcomes reported by leadership include rapid access to historical sales and inventory data in seconds, consolidated operational processes that replaced disparate spreadsheets and point solutions, and improved confidence in system reliability due to vendor and partner support.
