In 2023 Zellis implemented Benifex Wellbeing to centralise employee benefits and wellbeing content across its workforce. Benifex Wellbeing, deployed under the Benefits Administration category, was used to deliver an HR-led wellbeing and benefits engagement initiative that spanned the United Kingdom, Ireland and India.
The implementation used Benifex OneHub Wellbeing to consolidate wellbeing content, improve discoverability of resources, and drive app-based enrollment and engagement. Functional capabilities focused on centralized content management for benefits and wellbeing, user registration workflows for the Wellbeing app, and usage tracking that captured thousands of wellbeing sessions.
Operational coverage was led by Zellis HR across the UK and Ireland with platform access extended to employees in India, aligning benefits administration and employee engagement processes. The deployment influenced HR and benefits administration workflows by centralizing communications and content discovery, enabling a coordinated engagement rollout rather than fragmented outreach.
Outcomes reported by Zellis included more than 70% registration for the Wellbeing app and thousands of wellbeing sessions, demonstrating measurable employee uptake and improved discovery of wellbeing tools. Benifex Wellbeing provided a centralized Benefits Administration layer for HR to manage engagement and content distribution across multiple regions.
