Microsoft Intuit QuickBooks Online Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial ERP n/a 2020 2021
In 2020, Zing Health implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, adopting the ERP Financial solution to move beyond Intuit QuickBooks Online as its core accounting platform. The Chicago based Medicare Advantage plan operator pursued Business Central to support faster growth and more robust accounting controls, with the decision driven by interim CFO Mete Sahin and a desire to elevate finance and accounting capabilities. The implementation delivered core financial modules, with General Ledger and Accounts Payable active and a Fixed Assets module planned for near term deployment. Initial configuration work required remediation, and the implementation team focused on correcting configuration errors, documenting workflows and establishing security roles and approval flows so eligible personnel could approve invoices from mobile devices while restricting sensitive access. Operational coverage centered on finance and accounting functions across Zing Health, including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance and bank connectivity workflows. The project streamlined getting information to and from the bank and reduced manual paperwork, and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment was supported and stabilized by a Microsoft gold certified partner named Boyer who performed corrective configuration, process documentation and end user training. Governance and rollout included an early remediation phase to stabilize an incomplete go live followed by a focused training and documentation program to build internal competency. Challenges were explicit in the initial partner engagement and remediation was required, and the stabilized Business Central environment now serves as Zing Health Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial platform for ongoing accounting operations and planned expansion into fixed asset management.

HealthEdge Software Legacy HealthRules Payer Core Admin Processing System ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 Zing Health implemented HealthRules Payer as its Core Admin Processing System. The HealthRules Payer implementation targeted payer administration for Zing Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, with delivery activity spanning from mid 2019 into 2021 under a consultant engagement. Implementation work concentrated on transaction processing and program specific support, with explicit delivery of all EDI X12 transactions using the TIBCO BW integration tool. All EDI X12 transactions were implemented using TIBCO BW, establishing an integration layer for inbound enrollment, claims and remittance flows, and consultants provided solutions for HealthRules Payer implementation for Medicare program requirements. Architecturally the project centralized HealthRules Payer as the transaction and adjudication hub within payer operations, integrating EDI via TIBCO BW into downstream processing and operational workflows. Operational coverage included payer operations and Medicare program workflows, with testing and certification activities to validate X12 transaction mappings and business rule execution. Governance was consultant led, with phased rollout and configuration of program specific rules for Medicare lines of business. The narrative emphasizes HealthRules Payer, Core Admin Processing System, and the implementation signals of EDI X12 transaction orchestration using TIBCO BW and Medicare program configuration.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Zing Health implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The company references Microsoft 365 on its website, indicating adoption of Microsoft 365 for core productivity and collaboration functions across the organization. The Microsoft 365 deployment centers on Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for corporate email, Microsoft Teams for real-time communication and meetings, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business for document management and intranet content, and the Office productivity suite for desktop and web authoring. These functional modules support document-centric workflows, internal communications, and cross-team collaboration consistent with a Collaboration category implementation. Deployment is realized as a tenant-hosted cloud architecture with centralized identity and access management through Azure Active Directory, role-based administration, and platform-native governance controls such as conditional access, data loss prevention, and retention policy configuration. User provisioning, mailbox and site provisioning, and administrative workflows are aligned to corporate IT operations for an organization of approximately 143 employees, and the public site references suggest a consolidated Microsoft 365 Collaboration footprint rather than multiple, disparate collaboration tools.
